Newsletters are email messages generated by the system and sent to all registered customers.
Usage
Newsletters are intended to keep your customers up to date with your latest achievements.
Support email address specified in Preferences is used as a From field for generated newsletters.

Procedure
In the Send News window specify the subject line of the message and enter the message text. In the text, you can use the following variables to make your message more specific and personalized:
- Use %NAME% to allow the system to insert the customer’s name in every separate message sent;
- Use %URL% to specify your Customer Desk URL;
- Use %EMAIL% to provide your support email address;
- Use #number# to insert Knowledge Base reference (by FAQ ID).
To insure correct spelling, press the Spell Check button
To send out the newsletter, press the Send button.
