Usage
The Statistics area hosts a list of the top ten Knowledge Base records. This list is formed dynamically every time when a user accesses the page.

Procedure
Follow the path to open the area. The list contains ten subject lines of the top ten FAQs. Clicking a list item opens the detail view page of a corresponding FAQ.

Tips
Along with Feedback, the Statistics functionality is another CRMdesk tool that allows you to quickly sort out the most important issues basing on a real “market” research.
