Usage

Subscription allows you to choose a subscription plan most suitable for your organization and team.

Setup tab – General Setup – Subscription

Procedure

Click the Subscription link and follow the next steps:

Select the necessary CRMdesk package;

Choose a suitable payment method;

Select your commitment period;

Enter your organization’s billing information;

Verify your information and confirm your purchase.

Tips

If necessary, you can combine different packs according to the required number of users (for example, if you have 15 users, choose 1*10 Customer Service Representatives Packs and 1*5 Customer Service Representatives).
