CRMdesk combines many powerful features and is highly customizable to help you achieve your company business goals faster and more efficiently.

Your CRMdesk system consists of two separate web-based, integrated-content applications:

Customer Desk – the system aimed to serve your customers;

Support Desk – an admin site used by your company customer support staff for handling customers’ questions and requests and for managing online Knowledge Base.

Although CRMdesk gives you a simple, intuitive interface to ensure quick deployment and ease of use, for best results please read and follow this documentation. It consists of the following sections:

Getting Started – describes activities necessary to establish a CRMdesk account and begin using it;

Customizing CRMdesk – guides you through the setup and customization processes;

Using Support Desk – explains how to use the Support Desk application.

This documentation keeps pace with each new system release or upgrade and we hope that you will find it helpful. You may find additional information on the CRMdesk website. Please refer to the CRMdesk Knowledge Base, to search through the list of frequently asked questions, discussion topics and ideas or submit your own Knowledge Base records and support requests through the online support site.
