First-Time Login

After the registration process is completed, and your CRMdesk account is created, you will receive an e-mail registration confirmation containing:

• Your Customer Desk URL,

• Your Support Desk URL,

• Initial login and password to log into the Support Desk,

• Useful links to help you better master the power of CRMdesk.

Use the Support Desk link to access the administrative part of the system. It is recommended to change your initial login name and password after you log in for the first time.

Now, you are all set to begin with customization.
