Backup
Definition
The CRMDesk system gives the user a possiblity to perform the procedure of backup for the following system entities:
- questions
- Knowledge Base
- complete CRMDesk system
Usage
Backup for a selected system entity is generated in the xml format: a user can obtain a backup file in one click simply clicking the corresponding link.

Procedure
To obtain a backup file for a necessary system entity, click a corresponding link in the Backup section. The system will offer you to open or save a newly generated xml file:
- a Questions backup file will contain only the data on all questions present in the system at the moment;
- a Knowledge Base backup file will contain the current Knowledge Base data;
- a Complete backup file will contain the complete data on the current state of the CRM system.
