Usage
Workflow settings allow you to customize CRMdesk’s roles and user settings, as well as the capabilities for automatic question processing and e-mail notifications. By adapting the workflow elements to your needs, you can achieve substantial processing time reduction and increase customer satisfaction.
Areas
Workflow Settings covers the following areas/issues:
- Roles Management – creating and managing roles to be used in the system.
- User Management – creating and changing accounts for users of the CRMdesk system.
- Notifications – e-mail message templates and rules for their application. Notifications are used to inform customers and users when a question is created or updated.
