Usage

Subscription allows you to choose a subscription plan most suitable for your organization and team.

Setup tab – General Setup – Subscription

Procedure

Click the Subscription link and follow the next steps:

Select the necessary CRMdesk package.

Choose a suitable payment method.

Select your commitment period.

Enter your organization’s billing information.

Verify your information and confirm your purchase.

Tips

If necessary, you can combine different packs according to the required number of users (for example, if you have 15 users, choose 1*10 Customer Service Representatives Packs and 1*5 Customer Service Representatives).
