Usage

Security offers you a possibility to protect confidetial data that can be passed from your clients to the members of the support team. For privacy purposes the system uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that encrypts all sensitive information.

Procedure

Use the Security form to define if SSL should be applied to the Support Desk Site and to the Customer Desk Site. Select check boxes next to the necessary options and click Submit Changes.
