Statistics
Usage
The Statistics area hosts a list of the top ten Knowledge Base records, top ten search queries and downloads. This lists are formed dynamically every time when a user accesses a Knowledge Base page, searches by a certain term of downloads a file.

Procedure
Follow the path to open the area. The page contains three sections:
- Top 10 Queries – ten search queries that are most frequently used by CRMdesk customers. Clicking a query in the list opens the list of FAQs searched by the selected query. The Hits column shows how many times the query has been used.
- Top 10 Knowledge Base Records – ten subject lines of the top ten Knowedge Base records. Clicking a list item opens the details view page of a corresponding record. The Hits column shows how many times the details page of a FAQ, forum topic or an idea was opened by the CRMdesk customers.
- Top 10 Downloads – top ten Knowledge Base files downloaded by CRMdesk customers. Clicking a file name in the list opens the details view page of a Knowledge Base record that contains a link to the file. The Hits column shows how many times the file has been downloaded.
Tips
Along with Feedback and Tag Cloud, the Statistics functionality is another CRMdesk tool that allows you to quickly sort out the most important issues basing on a real “market” research.
