Usage

CRMdesk questions are a form of interaction between your customers and the support team. Basically, a question is a customer’s request for advice, assistance or information concerning a product or service supported by CRMdesk. Since a question’s record not only contains the question itself but a complete history of actions, replies, updates etc. associated with it, as well, we use the term ‘question’ to refer to a more complex entity than just a single request.

Please note that unlike Knowledge Base FAQs, forum topics and ideas, questions can be accessed only by customers who created them.
