Tag Cloud

Definition

A tag cloud is a visual representation of search queries (key words or phrases) that were used by the CRMdesk customers to find relevant Knowledge Base FAQs, forum topics or ideas. Tags that are entered by users in the customer interface are listed alphabetically, and the most frequently used search queries are shown in a larger font size.

Usage

The Tag Cloud area hosts a list of search queries that are used by customers to find relevant records in the CRMdesk Knowledge Base. The font size of the search tem depends on the frequency of its usage: the most frequently used search query are shown in the largest font size.

CRMdesk support staff may use the tag cloud to analyze what search key words are used most often by the customers, and change the set of key words and phrases for corresponding Knowledge Base records accordingly. That is, the tag cloud is used to analyze search queries and optimize the Knowledge Base records in order to produce correct and relavant search results.

Follow the path to open the area. The list contains search queries that were used by customers to find relevant records in the CRMdesk Knowledge Base.
