Sending Newsletters
Definition
Newsletters are e-mail messages generated by the system and sent to all registered customers.
Usage
Newsletters are intended to keep your customers up to date with your latest achievements.
Support e-mail address specified in Preferences is used as a From field for generated newsletters.

Procedure
In the Send News window specify the subject line of the message and enter the message text. In the text, you can use the following variables to make your message more specific and personalized:
- Use %NAME% to allow the system to insert the customer’s name in every separate message sent;
- Use %URL% to specify your Customer Desk URL;
- Use %EMAIL% to provide your support e-mail address;
- Use #number# to insert Knowledge Base reference (by record ID).
To insure correct spelling, click the Spell Check button
To send out the newsletter, click the Send button.
