Deleting Questions

Definition

Deleting a question means permanently destroying it in your CRMdesk questions database. Deleted questions cannot be restored.

Usage

Questions are deleted when their content is not expected to be of any use in future.

Questions may be deleted individually (described below) or collectively.

Procedure

Select the question in the list and click the Delete button or access the question’s details view page and click the Delete button.

Deleting a question does not trigger any notifications.

Tips

Even if a question seems to be outdated or it relates to a product that you do not support anymore, simply keep the question closed unless its content is completely irrelevant to your business.

Even though deleted questions can’t be restored directly, you may ask CRMdesk support team to restore an accidentally deleted question from the backup.
